An Update on Our Response to COVID-19

Due to the uncertainty regarding the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic, we want you to know that Kimbrer Computer is committed to our ongoing work in delivering the highest level of quality and professional services.

Since the virus outbreak back in March, Kimbrer Computer have not had any cases of COVID-19. However, we continue to take the situation and our responsibility for all customers and our team very seriously. We are closely monitoring the situation and are following the guidance and recommendations of the Danish health authorities.

On November 5, the Danish government announced further regional measures due to the concerns over the spread of a mutated form of COVID-19 found in farmed mink. To stop the spread and contain the situation of this new coronavirus strain, seven municipalities in northern Denmark, including Vesthimmerland, are encompassed by restrictions asking residents to remain within municipal borders as far as possible.

As a result of these new measures, all our employees who live outside the Vesthimmerland municipality are working from home. For those still working at our warehouse, we have implemented a series of preventative health measures—everything from increasing the frequency and intensity of cleaning to adjusting our practices in the logistics and testing centers.

Although this is not business as usual, but a time of restrictions and social distancing, we are continuing our operations as normal, including configuring, testing and shipping equipment from our warehouse, issuing payments, responding to inquiries, and being on hand to support our customers.

Finally, we would like to thank all our customers, partners, suppliers and team members for their continued support, enthusiasm, dedication and passion in these unsettled and challenging times. We truly appreciate each and everyone of you.

We wish you, your families, colleagues and communities good health and safety going forward.

– The Kimbrer Computer team
